Founded in 2016 by makeup artist and entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global outlook. After earning a degree in business and building a loyal client base as a makeup artist, Aimee identified a gap in the market for products that were both high-performance and easy to use. Sculpted was launched to bridge that gap without ever compromising on results.
At our core is a commitment to empowering our community with multitasking, user-friendly products designed to deliver effortless, radiant results in five minutes or less. We believe beauty is better when everyone’s in on it, creating products that enhance natural features, blend seamlessly, and fit into the real lives of busy modern women. In under ten years, Sculpted by Aimee has grown into Ireland’s number one mass cosmetics brand in Boots Ireland*, achieving cult status and competing alongside global beauty leaders. The brand is now stocked in leading retailers including Boots and Selfridges UK, with a strong e-commerce presence serving customers in over 68 countries. Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join the growing Finance Team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across key finance functions, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bookkeeping and invoicing processes.
While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential - full training will be provided.

About the Job
Accountabilities Include
- Assisting with accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
- Supporting accounts receivable processes, including monitoring customer balances and resolving queries
- Processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity in the accounting system
- Assisting with reconciliations (bank, supplier, and customer accounts)
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding invoice and payment queries
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the finance function
Experience Needed
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Process-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous internship or work experience in an accounts or finance role is desirable but not essential
